INGREDIENTS:
• Greek yogurt (3/4 cup, nonfat)
• Milk (1/4 cup, skim)
• Cocoa powder (1/2 cup)
• Rolled oats (1/2 cup)
• 1 Truvia Baking Blend (/2 cup)
• Egg (1)
• Baking powder (1 teaspoon)
• Salt (1 pinch)
METHOD:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 205°C (400°F). Line a 20x20-cm (8x8-inch) baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2: Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Step 3: Pour the mixture into the baking tray and bake for 13-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Slice into 9 squares and serve.
