Workit is a subscription service that offers you unlimited access to mainstream content such as health apps, tips, healthy recipes and more accessed through your mobile device. The cost of the subscription is BDT 4.5+ 15%VAT/day inc. VAT. This Agreement means the agreement between on the one hand US Cellcom and the User on the basis of the Workit subscription service. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to any offer or agreement, to the exclusion of any terms and conditions used by the user, and may be updated and/or amended by US Cellcom from time to time. By using this service, you implicitly indicate acceptance of these Terms and conditions and any applicable legal provision (Including but not limited to the Licensor's copyright notice, disclaimer, privacy policy, etc.). The following terms shall have the following meanings:
App Content
Means all material, information, tools, content, hyperlinks, marks, and logos contained in or displayed on, and all apps and content which may be downloaded and/or accessed from or are made available through the Workit.zone website.
Cost of subscription service
The service is operational 24 hours 7 days a week unless there is technically unavailability which depends on the Operator's network access. The service will be charged for BDT 4.5+ 15%VAT/day inc. VAT The listening quality offered to the User is at least equivalent to the minimum set by the technical specifications of the network Operator. Users can easily subscribe through the flow defined by the mobile carrier and download the content available. Service is available through all mobile platforms, such as iPads, iPods, iPhones, and Android devices. You must be 18 years of age or older in order to use the Services. If you are under age 18, you may not use this Service under any circumstances or for any reason. By opening an account, downloading the Application, and/or otherwise using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
Unsubscription

Accessibility
This service can be used only from the mobile handset or device which meets or exceeds the defined mobile platform operating system. The purpose of the service provided and operated by US Cellcom allows its Users to access and use content available at Workit.zone website. The user agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the account, and that it is fully responsible for all activities that occur under such an account. Whenever your subscription is valid, you can log on to your service and use it any time and for an unlimited amount. US Cellcom shall take the necessary measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of the personal information held by it. This service is only available on the Bangladesh territory and there is no access to this service from any other territory.
Violation of the Terms
You understand and agree that in our sole discretion, and without prior notice, we may terminate your access to the service and/or deactivate or delete your membership account if we determine that you have violated our Terms and Conditions. The materials used and displayed on the Service, including, but not limited to, text, photographs, graphics, illustrations and artwork, music, video and sound, and names, logos, and trademarks, are the property of US Cellcom or its affiliates or licensors are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Any such content may be displayed solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to modify, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material without the written permission of US Cellcom or the appropriate affiliate Workit must not be used to intentionally engage in illegal conduct. We will not knowingly create, store, or disseminate any illegal content, infringe the copyright, or infringe any intellectual property rights. Service must not be used to send spam or promote the sending of spam.
Privacy policy
In this agreement with provisions of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and all additional related legislation, US Cellcom is informing the user that all information in correlation with Product and Services and affined personal data will be included.
By using the Service, you consent to us processing your User Data. Your number will be placed on our distribution list. As long as you are a member of the distribution list, you will receive updates to our services and promotions. It is your responsibility to update and maintain the accuracy of that information and we are entitled to rely on any information you provide us with. You understand and agree that you may not download, reproduce, modify, display, perform, transfer, distribute, or otherwise use the Downloads except as expressly provided in this Agreement. US Cellcom is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Service Provider due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in Workit service or downloading any materials in this Service.
