This sorbet is healthy, refreshing, and made with the superstars of summer: peaches.
Prep time: 10 minutes
• Peaches (4, medium, sliced, frozen)
• Raw honey (1 tablespoon)
• Lemon juice (1 teaspoon, freshly squeezed)
• warm water (if needed)
Step 1: Process the frozen peaches in a food processor, then add the lemon juice and raw honey. If needed add warm water. Blend until smooth.
Step 2: For a soft consistency, serve immediately. For a harder consistency, freeze for 2-3 hours.
